Breaking! Nicole Richie Treated At Hospital For "Dehydration"
The Simple Life's Nicole Richie was sent to a Los Angeles hospital on Friday afternoon and treated for dehydration, after feeling ill on The Simple Life set, E! Online is reporting.

Nicole, who's been dating Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden since December, was examined by an on-set doctor, E! reports, and she was sent to a hospital where she received "intravenous fluids for 15 minutes." She was later released.

"Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening," Nicole's rep said in a statement, follwing her hospital visit. "We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health."

Last October, Nicole said she was seeking treatment to help understand why she has difficulty keeping on weight. And more recently, Nicole was busted for DUI, after she drove her car the wrong way on an L.A. freeway after returning from Joel's home in Glendale, Calif.
